Why:
One of the reasons I love wearing vintage clothing so much is the quality and craftsmanship that goes into it.  This jacket is one very special example.  If you are a home sewer or designer, you know that plaids and stripes are difficult to match and really show the quality of a garment… and that’s why I think this jacket is such a work of art. I love it! It’s just the chicest thing in the world!

Although I wanted the jacket to be the primary focus of this outfit team soccer jerseys, I didn’t want to go head-to-toe black and white. These cranberry tights have lasted me three seasons of wear and I think they compliment the jacket nicely. 

I’ll be taking the next couple of days off to spend time with my husband and our families.  There are so many things I’m grateful for this year and being able to keep writing this blog is one of them! Thank you to so many of you who have watched this blog grow and change and to my new reader friends as well.  Happy Thanksgiving!
